Cancellation & Refund Policy


At King Enterprise Privilege Platform, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Please read carefully:

Courses
  • Once a course is purchased/enrolled, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed, regardless of whether the course has been accessed or completed.
Reward Store Products
  • Once a reward product order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • No refunds will be issued for reward product orders under any circumstances.
Points Redemption
  • Once points have been redeemed for a course or product, the redemption is final and irreversible.
  • Points cannot be credited back or exchanged for another product/service.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
